I think that’s what we’re looking at here — a High Dynamic Range image of Sheepshead Bay Road, obviously shot from the B / Q  train platform.

    Photo? I thought it was a painting.

      It’s definitely a photo, as the EXIF info shows photo properties such as shutter, aperture, etc, but it was toyed with in Photoshop.
