      It looks like that area may have lost telephone and/or electricity. The amusement park at Coney Island got flooded, so there’s a good chance that the area north got a lot of water also.

    I spoke to a couple of cops from the 60 today. They said that the national guard had to get them out and that the whole pct, with all of their vehicles (personal and nypd issue) were totaled. Further, they were now using the 61 as a base,
