Morning Mug: Oh Buoy!

From the photographer:

This is buoy R4 that wandered off its station during Tuesday’s Big Blow. It landed east of Gerritsen Beach Bridge until tide and wind sent over to Rockaway,

  1. Does anyone know if this has been called in to the Coast Guard?
If so, it will be immediately posted in their Local Notice to Mariners that
is published each week.    They are reasonably quick in replacing the buoy back on station.

  2. How long does it take to replace something as important as this? Is it like the city, 30-90 days or better?
