Morning Mug: No Swimming, No Diving

Some people I look at and wonder: “What’s their story?” He looks old enough to have fought in World War II, but seemingly healthy enough to have not lost his leg due to diabetes. I could be way off, but that’s my guess — he lost his leg fighting Nazis during WWII.

Does anyone know him, or can anyone shed light on him?
