Does this agency/meeting cover residents living in Marine Park?

It’s a civic association – which is an entirely volunteer thing. It’s not a government agency.

But to answer your question: sort of. They do cover a sliver of Marine Park, and the meeting is usually attended by the head of the Marine Park Civic (which obviously does cover Marine Park).
