I AM DEFINITELY NOT SAYING TO LAUGH AT A MURDER. That is a tragedy. I’m saying laugh at the car joke. I think you need to pull that wild curly hair out of your ass. Sheesh!

these are my neighbors. i don’t have more info than what’s reported here. just wanted to say how sad this is. as far as comments here implying reduced safety in the neighborhood– this wasn’t a random attack. this is a family dispute. the neighborhood isn’t any less safe.

I disagree. If he could stab his step Dad he could have stabbed anyone.
This kind of person living in the area is what makes it unsafe.

        I reiterate.

i take back what i wrote after reading what happened later in the day. i can’t believe the other murders were allowed to happen. if the cops were looking for him, shouldn’t paying a visit to the girlfriend be at the top of the list??

Police say the victim, identified as 54-year-old Aleksandr Kuznetsov, was found stabbed numerous times inside the East 27th Street condo just after 5 a.m. Friday.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives are looking to question his stepson, 23-year-old Maksim Gelman, who drove away from the house shortly afterwards.
