it looks like the only places surviving at this time are Food Eateries. /sigh

and Meh, Channel letters with Red Plexi Glass………….. Looks like the next Rite Aid /sigh,

They should have gone with what FUSION has. that would make them stand out a bit more. then the usual Black / RED Channel letters.

Whats the problem with more places to eat, especially by the movie theater. More options for food in that area is a great thing, not everyone wants to eat at a Chain like Fridays before or after seeing a movie. A new Pizzeria utilizes the parking lot and gives people a local business to support.

Besides, the owner of the building could most likely use the rent to fix his damned leaky sewage pipes.

Is this the first time a pizza place has been near the UA movie complex?

I vaguely remembered one. In an area with a lot of food options the food should be more than tolerable.

          I don’t know. I’m honestly surprised you don’t!

Lets, see, if we’re keeping track the food options next to the UA currently
are Fridays, Coldstone (if all you want is desert), Jordans Lobster Dock,
Clemente’s, Venezia Pizza, Pink Deli (Buffet), Subway and Dunkin Donuts.

1 Block away is a 7/11, 3 blocks away is a Burger King. Any further then
that and you may as well be going to Emmons or Nostrand Ave. That’s a pretty
          decent selection of food options.

Whenever I’ve been out that way it was because other people made the plans, including where we were going to eat. I had vaguely remembered a pizza place, but I wasn’t quite sure.

Went there yesterday night, pizza is very good and people working (or owners) there were very nice and accommodating. It’s very unorganized there but I assume it’s because they just opened up. Overall my family and I enjoyed our food.

Avenue U and East 13th Street or Coney Island Avenue a few stores before the Q/B stop for Brighton Beach. Forget the names of both restaurants right now though.

Beware:  If you park in Venezia’s parking lot when visiting any of the other eateries or theatre, they will have your car towed and charge you $200+ instead of the $100 fee listed on the sign.  They have spotters and and have your car towed immediately.

How do you say money maker

    • Wahwah

If you don’t park illegally, you don’t get towed.
