Authorities are reaching out to the public to help identify a woman found in Coney Island on Saturday.

According to reports, the NYPD picked up the woman on Riegelmann Boardwalk around 4:30 p.m. She was acting irrational and is said to be in poor mental condition.

Officials describe the woman as between 35 and 50 years old, 5-feet, 2-inches tall and 160 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

    from the looks of it, she never saw a camera before either.

    what happens to people who forget who they are? do they just toss you out in the street? put you in prison? a free ride in a mental institution?

      In some places they’re kept in the the hospital for a long period of time, and of course their bills keep going up. I remember reading a story once about a benefit that was done to raise money to pay the medical bills of an amnesiac.
