Chicks with guitars are hot. Expect to see this and more at Jamsterdam. Photo courtesy of Circadian Clock

We let organizer Samantha LoSapio tell you all about Jamsterdam yesterday. But for those not paying attention, Samantha put together an extraordinary showdown of local bands to rock the outdoor venue of Asser-Levy Seaside Park tomorrow. The festival kicks off at noon, and we got the entire schedule of bands here.

Remember – this is a benefit concert to raise awareness of autism, supported by Autism Speaks. It’s a great cause, and all the bands deserve to be recognized for coming together for this purpose (not to mention Samantha, who put it together against all odds).

Here’s the schedule*:

12:00 – 12:30: Christie Lenee
12:40 – 1:10: First Place Losers
1:20 – 1:50: Theo Eastwind
2:00 – 2:30: To Whom It May Concern
2:40 – 3:20: The Bedroom
3:30 – 4:10: Voice of the Population
4:20 – 5:00: Big Pull
5:10 –  5:50: Shadow of Demise
6:00 – 6:40: Water Temples
6:50 – 7:30: Circadian Clock

*Hours were updated on 7/8/10 because the Parks Department shaved 30 minutes off of the permit

The bands I saw were great but I've never heard of Circadian Clock. I understand they didn't show. Why was that?

Hey PayPaul, I think you're mistaken. Shadow of Demise was not able to make it. Circadian Clock was the last band to perform. Thanks for coming by, and hope you were one of the people I offered pizza or water to! :)

PS, I saw your pictures. The guitarist for Water Temples' name is Valerie, not Polly and The Pull is actually Big Pull. Thanks for posting them so quickly!!

I must have missed that and looking at the schedule posted I realized that Shadows Of Demise was missing between The Big Pull and Water Temples. Yes you did and it was appreciated. I spoke to the guitarist and I thought she said her name was Polly. Thanks for the correction and I'll amend the title.
