Sheepshead Bay has become one big dump. Sanitation needs to start giving out tickets and more tickets, and more tickets. Hit them in their pockets. There is no reason why the residents shold live among this filth.

Well, thanks for sweeping, Craig. This is one of my pet peevs and a lot of business owners have given up and don't try anymore. Sanitation needs to step it up a notch and keep those cans empty, and tickets need to be given out to litterers and delinquent store owners. Don't lose heart just because people keep dropping shit there – keep your sidewalk clean and customers WILL notice the difference.
