Perhaps waiting until the coldest days of the year may not have been in Timmy’s Donuts’ best interests, but the former Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins chain at 2302 Knapp Street (and Avenue W) has unveiled a new change to their cozy little store: a Turkey Hill Ice Cream counter.
Local speculation that Tim Horton’s was taking over can now be set to rest. The selection does not seem to be anywhere near 32 flavors but in the coming (and hopefully warmer) weeks, hopefully they’ll be the coolest new treat in the Bay.

When Timmy's donuts first opened, i went in to try it. They had Turkey Hill Ice Cream then too…just no signs were up anywhere. The ice cream was horrible. The container was clearly marked Turkey Hill, but it tasted worse than generic store brand. Hopefully that was just a one time mistake. I will be giving them another shot next time i'm in the mood for ice cream.
I have a friend who works there, let me release some “leaked” info…
their going to have a corner store type thing there soon later as well. but no offense their coffee is horribe. I'd rather drive the extra few blocks and hit up 7-eleven.
Well, that's the end of that diet resolution.
I really hope the help changed if they went any slower they would be going backwards! a coffee to go takes about 10 minutes i heard of slow roast but that is crazy!
