But as I amt he one who started us down the trial of trademark violations and the legal ramifications of such I have no remorse for doing so. An implied endorsement is worth noting, it might be thought that there is a direct relationship between the day care and the production company, and thusly, this would create a perception of responsible management and stability. They might indeed be reliable individuals, but they are not partnering with the producers of the television program. Gee, seems we always get in trouble when we write about day care centers. What matters is what INSIDE this day care and how they treat kids, not what is outside. This is just advertisement and btw a one that is very well done.... People chose familiar names for their businesses b/c that is what makes it attractive to customers.. it is a well known fact and there is absolutely nothing wrong about it.
