		<description>Is it just me, or is there something wrong with this picture / architectural rendering? First, there are no wires or lampposts pictured. Second, the yellow and red cars are parked nose to nose. Third, the gray car appears to be parked in front of a space that is not a parking spot. Fourth, there is no way they will be placing all those trees on Avenue Z. </description>

		<description>Very poor layout on that condo. Who wants to walk by all the bedrooms before entering the living room and public areas of the apartment? 

Balconies off the bedrooms? Nice touch, but I&#039;m much prefer them to be off the living room/dining room. Must be nice to sit out on the balcony and breathe in the exhaust of the post office trucks below. 

And I want to know who the A-hole is who approved this building with out parking?</description>

		<description>17,000/sf sounds like a good deal and enough room to park your car. you might want to fix that number. you can buy an ocean view apartment in oceana for that price with all the amenities if you want to be in this area. corcoran has no business marketing out here though they have no idea who to sell these to if they sell at all.</description>
