Question 2: There has been much discussion -- yet, little done -- over the years about the deterioration of the Belt Parkway's foundation and the excessive pollution in and around Sheepshead Bay, especially as it affects water runoff and the waterways around the Southern Brooklyn into Queens region. How much of your work as a NYC Councilmember would be devoted to seriously tackling these issues? Question 3: With regard to building, zoning, and development: what are your ideas and thoughts about land use and the direction that would be best for the 46 District? To the candidates:
