Accident on Nostrand Ave and Ave Z: Update

The driver of the van was arrested. The charges are unknown. We have also heard three ages for the girl – 14, 17, and 21. If you have any information, please add it in the comments. We’re following up with the NYPD Office of Public Information.

    The guy was charged with DWI he had couple of beers. He looked actually not drunk. It looked like girl tried to walk the street on her red light. Wondering if she is alive.

It appears from police and witness; the driver was driving 3x over the legal limit and she was crossing with the gree. Just a terrible tragedy.
