No Culture Clash With This Sign

We would probably say this sign we saw on East 19 Street near Voorhies Avenue is self-explanatory — but we can’t understand it.

We’re guessing that the Chinese portion says: Do not litter on this private property. Building Management.
And in Russian: Ditto.

    it means “general practice in chinese medicine” in chinese.

    Interesting that in one language it’s Chinese medicine and in the other it’s Holistic Herb Specialist. In English, it might be: Do you have a license to practice?

    I thought the only foreign language allowed in this city was Spanish, and that everything had to be written in that!

    For those of us in Manhattan, it's wonderful to see some *real* diversity (as opposed to the PC variety) and cultures other than those of Latin America…
