We would probably say this sign we saw on East 19 Street near Voorhies Avenue is self-explanatory — but we can’t understand it.
We’re guessing that the Chinese portion says: Do not litter on this private property. Building Management.
And in Russian: Ditto.

not sure if the above is a joke, but in russian it says “specialist in holistic herbs”. my guess is ditto on chinese.

it means “general practice in chinese medicine” in chinese.
Interesting that in one language it’s Chinese medicine and in the other it’s Holistic Herb Specialist. In English, it might be: Do you have a license to practice?
Since I speak English – to me all that says is “i’m not interested in your business”
I thought the only foreign language allowed in this city was Spanish, and that everything had to be written in that!

We need an English is the Official Language law!!! Every sign should be in English first, then you can have a translation into a foreign language.
