I’m sorry to believe that locally people are too passive/apthetic (it seems). The reactions when sharing this in person has been literally jaw-dropping.
From possible child abductions to youngsters and substance abuse — I sure hope this meeting puts everyone on alert.
The drug and alcohol abuse, on private AND public property, among the 11-21 set here is also quite frightening. And always in packs of 5-10, sometimes more.
When we went to drink, etc, we did in each others houses etc at least from fear of getting seen or caught.
(Like who’s really a saint at that age. We test limits at around that time)
Anyone else notice a rise in this the past few years?
Saddest cases I saw past few months was a kid no older than
12 buying pot from the resident dealer and another set of
12-13 girls drinking 40′s in a private courtyard in broad daylight
just the other day.
