		<description>Who ever the new owners of Loehman&#039;s Plaza are, I hope they don&#039;t attempt to do to Sheepshead Bay what some other developer has attempted to do to Coney Island. There is nothing wrong with development, however, proper development that fits in with the community and its history is important.&lt;br /&gt;
